- Parent/Guardian’s Consent
We understand that every year, every child enrolled in a Religious Education Program in the Diocese of Brooklyn will receive safety training by use of the Child Lures Prevention Program, a program that serves to make children and young adults more aware of dangerous situations and empowers them to react in a positive way. We give permission to our child to be present at the Child Lures Prevention Workshops. We will review the topics discussed at the workshop.
